Day1 : Cortina d'Ampezzo - Rifugio Guissani Cortina d’Empezzo and Monte Cristallo. Then we let the village to reach the refuge. We enter in the Tofanes mountains

| Day2 : Rifugio Guissani - Fanes hütte Descent along Val Travenanzes then ascent through val de Fanes, just under the Kreuzkofe
| Day3 : Fanes hütte - Pragser see Return to the wonderful lake of Pragser See
| Day4 : Pragser see - Dürrenstein hütte From Lago di Braies (the italian name of Pragser see) to Walshe platz then Rosalmhütte pass. We walk under the Rotwand and Croda Rossa
| Day5 : Dürrenstein hütte - Drei Zinnen hütte We'll walk a part of Dolomits Alta Via 3 then Strudelkopf pass and descent to Dürrensee. We are now at the ancient border between Osterreich and Italy. Using the path through Rienztal we arrive at the famous mountain refuge of Drei Zinnen.
| Day6 : Drei Zinnen hütte - Refugio Lavarredo We walk round Tre Cime and torre di Toblin. Have a look at the military tunnel and pathes used by soldiers.
| Day7 : Refugio Lavarredo - Cortina d'Ampezzo Aldo Bonacossa path then Cadini di Mi Surina mountains before to reach Cortina . Aldo Bonacossa was a pionnier of unskied slopes in 1927
