Day1 : Bourg St Maurice - Sainte Foy - Archeboc mountain refuge Bus transfert to Ste Foy village. The hike begins, path to Mirroir village before to reach Archeboc refuge
| Day2 : Archeboc to Rifugio de l'épée Today you'll enter in the national park via Mont pass (2636 m). You're in Valgrisenche. Night at Refuge de l'Epée
| Day3 : l'Epée to Rifugio Bezzi The path under la Grande Rousse is very nice. In front of you, la Platte des Chamois, Grande Sassière ( 3747 m) as background and all around you ibexes.
| Day4 : Bezzi to Rifugio Benevollo You leave Valgrisenche and enter in Rhêmes valley (Bassac Dere pass). Have a look to marmots !!!
| Day5 : Benevollo to Rifugio Savoya Grand Paradiso summit offers a splendid view. Descent to Leita and Rosset lakes to Savoya refuges
| Day6 : Savoya to Rifugio Victor Emmanuel Petit Nivolet valley : . Grand Paradiss, Ciarofon and Tresenta, well knowed alpinism spots and ibexes land too
| Day7 : Victor Emmanuel to Rifugio Chabod and Pont a nice path to Chabot refuge then descent to Alp de Pravieux. Last ibexes and marmots, last photos
